    Q. How secure is my personal information?

    A. We  the highest industry standard privacy protection (SSL). We don't sell, lease or trade any personal customer information. All data is protected securely offline on our data center.

     

    •  Can I cancel my order or change my address?

       

    We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. If you need to cancel your order please visit Contact Us. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.


    Q. Where is your company located?

    A. Our office & main fulfillment centre is located in Central Europe & U.S. For specialty items, we do have fulfillment centre located in Australia, United Kingdom & China.

    Q. When will you deliver my items?

    A. We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that. But please be patient, all orders are normally shipped out within 72 hours and will take approx. 1-2 weeks to arrive from shipment depending on the delivery location.

    Please take note that we won't be able to fulfill your orders during weekends as our logistic provider are closed. Order Tracking Number will be issued to you via email once your order has been fulfilled.

    Q. Tracking your order

    To track your order, kindly go to order tracking & key in your tracking number to locate your parcel & get notify about the estimated delivery time. The tracking number may end up being sent to your junk/spam folders, please check accordingly.

    Q. Do you ship to all countries?

    Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide.

    Q. What payment method can i use?

    Kindly refer to our payment tab for payment methods. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, AMEX, Discover.

    Q. How long will it take for my (U.S) order to arrive?

    A. Once you receive your shipping information, please allow 12-15 days for delivery. The respective courier will deliver the parcel to your doorstep. We have many fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure your products are delivered to you as quickly as possible.

    Q. How long will it take for my (International) order to arrive?

    A. International orders are ship via our worldwide courier services. Once you receive your shipping information, please allow 10-20 days for delivery. The respective courier will deliver the parcel to your doorstep. We have many fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure your products are delivered to you as quickly as possible.

    We are not liable for any lost item or any mail held at custom. Please contact the respective courier to track your order.

    I ordered the wrong size product, how do refunds & exchanges work?

    Refund & Exchange Policy

    We do accept Refunds / Exchanges when one of the criteria is met.

    No refunds or exchange can be offered after 7 days have gone by from the day your package was received

    • No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged by you & any human error
    • If the package does not pass thru inspection, it will be mailed back to you
    • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged.
    • All items must be unused 
    • Original tags must be attached
    • It may take up to 10 business days for Returns to be processed
    • You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
    • If you're shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable courier service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item.
    • When your returns are approved, your new order will be sent out as soon as possible. If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.
    • We will only refund if you did not receive your item within 45 days from your item's shipment date.
    • Refunds will not be applicable if you received the item in within the stated delivery timeframe.
