  • Unopened / Unused Items Only – For hygiene and safety, once the protective seal is broken or the device is used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Defective or Damaged Orders – If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it free of charge.

  • Performance Guarantee Window – To qualify for our 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, you must use the device as directed (minimum 5 sessions per week) and document progress. If you see no measurable improvement after consistent use, we’ll review your case for a full refund.

  • Unauthorized Returns – Packages sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
